In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ph32," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of ph32.asia, the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ph32.asia.
• "Platform" means the ph32.asia website, all its sub-pages, services, game interfaces, wallets, payment systems, and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces.

3.3 Account Registration

To access Real Money Play, you must create a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your registered Philippine mobile number and date of birth. You must not create an Account using false information or on behalf of another individual.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) active ph32 Account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where ph32 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be forfeited, and outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3.5 KYC Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph32 Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. ph32 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ph32 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any security breach that may affect your Account.

ph32 reserves the right to require re-verification of your identity at any time if unusual activity is detected on your Account. Account activity conducted using your credentials prior to you notifying ph32 of a security breach remains your responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

ph32 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso unless the Player is using USDT TRC20. Deposits are credited to the Player's ph32 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

ph32 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers (such as banks or e-wallet services) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Funds) after completing KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as practicable, with GCash withdrawals typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

ph32 reserves the right to apply processing timelines to withdrawal requests for security verification purposes. Withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or anti-money laundering checks may be delayed pending investigation.

5.3 Account Currency and FX

ph32 Player Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player uses USDT TRC20, the applicable PHP conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. ph32 does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

ph32 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Players are entitled to claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings become withdrawable.

All games available on ph32 are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game, accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to that game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph32 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are prohibited from gambling under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ph32.
• Opening or operating more than one Player Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. No Player is permitted to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sub-license, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content without ph32's express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph32 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gambling winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond ph32's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided on the Platform that are not attributable to ph32's direct negligence.
• Unauthorized access to a Player Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

ph32's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any games shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph32's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Players may close their ph32 Account at any time by contacting ph32 customer support. Outstanding Real Money balances (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following KYC completion and subject to any applicable verification requirements.

ph32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ph32 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Maintaining the Account would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
• ph32 has received a self-exclusion request from the Player.

Upon account termination for breach, ph32 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and Bonus-derived winnings in the Account. Real Money deposits not derived from bonus activity may be returned to the Player at ph32's discretion following investigation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes binding acceptance.
